It happens to all of us ... and on the other hand it is so important to incorporate green leaves into our daily diet. According to Chinese medicine, they improve the function of the Zang-organ, the liver, which is responsible for the smooth flow of qi and blood in our body. And also according to Western medicine, green leaves strengthen the immune system and the blood ...
Here is a simple solution - make a smoothie.
Choose 2 types of green leaves, for example lettuce, arugula, beet leaves, celery leaves ...
Add one of your favorite fruits - seasonal fruits or also frozen such as apples, pears, bananas, pineapple, berries ...
Add a little bit of extra health such as chia seeds, ground nuts, ground flaxseeds, Tahini or avocado which contain unsaturated fats
And choose a base for your smoothie - water, milk (soy, almonds, coconut ...) or fresh juice.
To sweeten it, add dates, dried fruit or date honey.
